Is Flippd really free to start?

Yes, completely free with no credit card required. The free plan includes up to 20 inventory items, 5 expense entries, and 5 mileage logs total—enough to experience every feature and see exactly how Flippd works before upgrading to Pro.

What's included in the free plan vs Flippd Pro?

The free plan gives you every feature with total caps: 20 inventory items, 5 expenses, and 5 mileage entries. These are lifetime limits, not monthly resets. Flippd Pro removes all caps for unlimited inventory, expenses, and mileage tracking, plus priority support and early access to new features. Both plans include profit calculation, reports, QR labels, and multi-platform support.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your account settings with no questions asked. If you cancel, you'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, then automatically switch to the free plan. Your data stays intact—nothing gets deleted.

Do I pay separately for iOS, Android, and Web?

No! One Flippd subscription covers all platforms. Use the iOS app, Android app, and web app with the same account. Your data syncs seamlessly across all devices, so you can start a listing on your phone and finish it on your computer.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is always yours. If you cancel Pro, you keep full access to all your inventory, sales history, and reports—you just go back to the free tier limits for new entries. You can export everything anytime as CSV. We never delete your data unless you explicitly request account deletion.

Is there a refund policy?

Refunds depend on where you subscribed. For web subscriptions, contact our support team within 7 days and we'll review your request. For Google Play, you can request a refund through your Google Play account or contact us. For App Store (iOS) purchases, refunds are managed by Apple—you'll need to request one through Apple Support. We do not offer automatic or prorated refunds on annual plans.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed securely through the App Store (iOS), Google Play (Android), or Stripe (web). You can use credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal depending on your platform. All payment information is handled by these trusted payment processors—we never see your card details.

Is the annual plan worth it?

The annual plan saves you about 2 months compared to paying monthly—that's over 15% off. If you're serious about reselling and plan to use Flippd long-term, the annual plan offers the best value. You can always start with monthly and switch to annual later.

Can I share my subscription with family members?

Flippd subscriptions are per-account and designed for individual resellers. Each family member running their own reselling business would need their own account. However, you can manage a shared family reselling business under one account if you're working together.

Do you offer discounts for new resellers?

Our free tier is designed to let new resellers grow without any upfront cost. Use Flippd free until your business outgrows the limits, then upgrade to Pro when you're ready. We occasionally run promotions—follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to catch them.

What happens when I hit free tier limits?

You won't lose any data. When you hit the limit, you can still view and edit existing items, mark items as sold, and access all your reports. You just can't add new items beyond the cap. These are total limits, not monthly resets—upgrade to Pro anytime to remove all caps.

Can I export my data for my accountant or taxes?

Yes! Export your complete inventory, sales, expenses, and mileage data as CSV files anytime. The exports include all the details your accountant needs: dates, amounts, categories, and profit calculations. Many resellers use Flippd exports directly for Schedule C tax filing.
