How do I get started with Flippd?

Getting started is easy! Download the Flippd app from the App Store or Google Play Store, create your account, and begin by adding your first few items to your inventory. You can take photos or manually enter item details to build your inventory.

Can I import my existing inventory data?

Yes! Flippd supports importing inventory data from Excel/CSV files. Download our import template, fill in your data, and contact our imports team at imports@getflippd.com for assistance with the import process.

How do I track my profits and expenses?

Flippd automatically calculates your profits by tracking your purchase costs, selling prices, and fees. You can view detailed profit reports in the Reports section of the app, and export data for tax purposes.

What selling platforms does Flippd support?

Flippd currently helps you manage inventory across multiple selling platforms including eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, Poshmark, and others. While direct platform integration is on our roadmap, you can currently track your listings and sales from these platforms within Flippd's centralized dashboard.

How do I backup my data?

Your data is automatically backed up to the cloud when you're connected to the internet. You can also export your data at any time from the Settings section of the app for additional security.

Can I use Flippd offline?

Yes! Many of Flippd's features work offline, including adding new items, updating inventory, and viewing your existing data. Changes will sync automatically when you reconnect to the internet.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store). Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest. Your inventory information is stored securely in the cloud with regular backups and security monitoring.
